We understand plans can change. If you will not be able to make your appointment, please provide at least 48 hour notice. Cancellations <24 hours or No Shows will be charged 100 % of service charge.
For spa packages, please provide 72 hours cancellation notice.
For spa packages with parties of 3 or more, please provide 72 hours cancellation notice.

If you wish to show your appreciation for your services, you may add gratuity to your payment at checkout or give it directly to your technician/stylist. The average gratuity at Bella Strada is 15%-25%.
For spa packages with parties of 5 or more, 15% gratuity will be added automatically to your total.

Complimentary shampoo and conditioner are provided, but you may wish to bring styling and/or makeup products if you’d like to freshen up after your service.

How does it work?
Bella Strada Salon and Spa operates as a suite concept. The suite concept provides independent stylists and spa technicians the means to operate their own boutique salon or spa without the investment or risk usually associated with opening your own business.
Under the suite operating plan, you’ll work from your own customized and professionally equipped salon or spa suite. You can spend your time focusing on how to cater to your specific client base, develop your personal business style and reap the financial rewards of that effort. You can do the work that you love, under your own terms, while taking your career to the next level.

You simply pay a low weekly rate, that also covers utility costs, and spend your time and energy growing your business.
How can I get started?

Can I decorate my suite?
Absolutely. Our suites are designed to be decorated by each suite operator. Decor is subject to manager approval, but we encourage you to add your own personality and creativity to your space.
What equipment can I expect with my suite?
Every SALON suite is equipped with a private fully-reclining shampoo bed, mirror and styling chair. Bella Strada chose to provide a shampoo bed over the traditional shampoo sink in order to benefit our stylist’s clientele. The fully reclining mechanism of the shampoo bed allows for little to no neck strain for your customers.
Every NAIL and SPA suite is equipped with a sink and storage cabinet below. Nail salons also have plumbing fixtures to facilitate the use of a pedicure chair.
Each suite also comes with the option to establish phone or cable service in your suite. Many of our suite owners appreciate this feature in order to give them access to establishing credit card services and TV/Cable services. If you prefer using a mobile device for appointments and credit card processors, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided on site for not only tenants but their customers as well. Common areas include a kitchen, break room, and on-site laundry facilities. Utilities such as gas, water and electric are all included in your weekly rent.
How much does it cost to lease a suite?
Salon and Spa suites are individually priced based upon the specifics of each suite. Suite operators pay rent on a weekly basis. We currently offer 12-month leases to all suite operators.
Can I set my own hours?
Yes, as a business owner, you decide the operating hours that fit your schedule and clientele needs. All suite owners have access to the building through a secured access system from 7am to 10pm Monday-Saturday. This allows our suite owners to see clients as early or late as they prefer, based upon the individual needs of their clients. Each suite is also secured through a private key.
