We understand plans can change. If you will not be able to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
For spa packages, please provide 48 hours cancellation notice.
For spa packages with parties of 3 or more, please provide 72 hours cancellation notice.
If you wish to show your appreciation for your services, you may add gratuity to your payment at checkout or give it directly to your technician/stylist. The average gratuity at Bella Strada is 15%-25%.
For spa packages with parties of 5 or more, 15% gratuity will be added automatically to your total.

Gift Cards: Gift cards may NOT be returned or refunded. However, they may be transferred to another person if desired.
For the comfort of all our guests, please limit cell phone use and silence your phone before entering the spa area.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring showering, styling, and/or makeup products if you'd like to freshen up after your service.

Our spa area includes a private shower and locker room, relaxing waiting rooms, and complimentary robes, sandals, snacks, and beverages for your visit.
